We stand behind all of our products.
We will replace any and all defective merchandise within 30 calendar days of purchase; no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. All items must be in new, unworn condition with all the tags attached and is subject to final inspection by our staff. We cannot accept worn merchandise or merchandise without tags or reattached tags. Be sure to try your new item on (with underwear) and don’t remove the tag and keep your receipt. If it doesn’t fit correctly, contact us for an exchange.
The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise including the return shipping costs, unless the merchandise is defective. Items that have been embroidered and custom team wear may not be returned, unless it is defective.
We cannot be held responsible for damage to items caused by chlorine, pool chemicals or improper care.
