All returned items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date in new, unused condition with original tags attached and is subject to final inspection by our staff.

To make a return, please contact us with your name, order number, the item/s requested to be returned and the reason for the return. We will then email you a return shipping label (US only).

Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email (at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed) and your return will be processed within 24-48 hours.


Need a different size, color or style? Contact us with your name, order number, the item/s to be exchanged and we will gladly get your new items out to you right away.

Grab Bag/Sale Suit and Custom Items

Refunds are not eligible for grab bag suits. All sales are final for the clearance grab bag suits. No returns. No exchanges. Please note; Grab Bag suits come in a variety of colors, patterns, and back styles (female suits)

Items that have been embroidered and custom team wear may not be returned, unless the item is defective.

We cannot be held responsible for damage to items caused by chlorine, pool chemicals or improper care.
